Senior Vice President, Business Operations Sierra Nevada Corporation's Space Systems

Paul Streit currently serves as vice president of business operations for Sierra Nevada Corporation’s (SNC) Space Systems. He is responsible for SNC’s Space Systems profit and loss, program management and engineering for the Spacecraft Systems, Space Technologies and Space Exploration Systems product lines and SNC’s wholly-owned subsidiary ORBITEC.

Streit previously served as vice president of operations for SpaceDev, Inc. from 2007 until SNC acquired the company in 2009. Prior to joining SpaceDev, Streit held executive roles with Hewlett Packard, GE Healthcare, Cirrus Logic, Picolight and Cordis Corporation for new product development, program management, operations and sales. His exceptional industry experience includes implantable medical devices, remote health monitoring, fiber-optic transceivers and high-volume, mass-storage semiconductors for disk drives.

Streit holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Bio-medical and Electronics Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Business degree from the University of Miami, specializing in Operations Research. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, a world-wide professional project management organization.
